PhD in History from the University of Girona, 1996.
He has been lecturer in archaeology at the University of Girona since 1999. He has managed and participated in various archaeological research projects, mainly in the county of Girona. He has also participated, as coordinator, in various European projects as part of the Culture 2000 Programme with researchers from French and Italian universities. In 2005, he participated in a research stay at the University Degli Studi of Siena, developing the project “Production of heritage of the Etruscan Culture”. He has published various papers both nationally and internationally on cultural heritage and archaeology. He was co-director of the 2006-2007 edition of the Official Masters in Cultural Heritage Management at the University of Girona. Director of the Cultural Heritage Institute of the University of Girona from 2004 to 2007.
